Luxury Lifestyle Weekend Mumbai (Day 1)
Mumbai’s Jio Gardens in Bandra Kurla Complex got transformed into the most elite shopping grounds in the city. The entire camaraderie of materialistic world was present under one roof. Day 1(Friday, 09/03/2018) started off with a series of brunches, high teas, fashion shows and a grand opening party. People were decked up with the latest trends, showing off their street style senses. From make-over consultations by Bobbi Brown to spotting the work of famous artists at the DAG space, the Luxury Lifestyle Weekend India had a lot to offer.
As Tony Stark’s preferred ride, Audi was winning the luxury game at the venue. The Luxury automobile giant definitely drew a lot of attention at Luxury Lifestyle Weekend.
A convertible Rolls Royce ranks pretty high on the ‘human experience’, so naturally Rolls Royce decided to present us the updated Dawn. Big as a tugboat and probably just as heavy, the Dawn is a convertible coupe with a four-seater in perfect luxury.
The leader in hand made rugs, Jaipur Rugs, will be showcasing its latest line of rugs, Tattvam, at Luxury Lifestyle Weekend. These rugs were created in collaboration with celebrity interior designer, Gauri Khan.
Forest Essentials is now one of India’s leading beauty brands. With its collaboration with Ayurveda, the brand attracted a vast audience to its booth in the Luxury Lifestyle Weekend.
Teabox India launched their Spring Exotic Collection at their boutique tea lounge that featured a wide selection of single origin teas from over 150 tea gardens across Darjeeling, Assam, Kangra, the Nilgiris, and Nepal.
Diamond Company, Forevermark had created a black room with a 5 carat diamond on display at LLW. The black room helped to showcase the brilliance of how a diamond refracts light and creates a multitude of colours through it’s perfectly cut edges.
Anish Bhatt, Founder and CEO of Watch-Anish also displayed a remarkable collection of watches at the event. Bhatt’s influence in the watch industry cannot be ignored any longer. Whether it’s an industry party, a limited edition watch to be snapped up, or a new product launch, you can count on him to break the news first.
The LLW Café, in collaboration with Food with Benefits was one of the main highlights in the three day convention. World renowned chefs created special menus for the weekend and proceeds from this café were for charity.
Young musician Ananya Birla kick-started the evening by singing two tracks from her album. As the evening progressed, renowned designers like Rohit Bal, Abu Jani Sandeep Khosla, Shantanu & Nikhil put forward their latest collections on the stage. Rhea Chakraborty was the show stopper of the night. The evening came to an end with the performance by the European bands.
